STK FIELD GUIDE PLAY

Privacy Policy

This policy covers survivethekiller.org, the independent guide to Survive the Killer!, game ID 4580204640. Controller for the pages: the editors of survivethekiller.org, reached at [email protected]. Updated 31 Oct 2026.

What loads, and when

Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load by default, on the first view, before you press anything on the banner. The banner is a notice plus a way to withdraw, not a gate in front of the tags. Pressing Reject stops all three and remembers that choice for 180 days; pressing Accept keeps them on. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are treated as Reject.

The names and lifetimes are controlled by Adsterra, not by this site. Our units are NativeBanner_1 and SocialBar_1.
YouTube (Google)Only when you press Play on a videoShow the walkthrough you asked forThe player uses youtube-nocookie.com in privacy-enhanced mode and may request Google video, image and player hosts. YouTube handles playback data and may use storage under its own policy. The local poster makes no YouTube request before Play.

The site directly configures the services above. Adsterra may request additional advertising partners and rotating creative hosts; those requests are controlled by Adsterra and also stop on a subsequent page load after Reject. Our ads.txt declares only Adsterra, publisher 3403020, because that is the only seller with inventory here.

Consent, and how to withdraw it

The page sets a Consent Mode v2 default before any tag configuration: analytics_storage is granted, the three ad signals start denied and are raised to granted by the default-on path. If you have no stored choice and Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are off, the page writes a granted record and then shows the banner. Reject writes a denied record, calls gtag('consent','update') with denied signals, sets ga-disable-G-QPT6ZE95TZ, removes the Clarity and Adsterra scripts, and reloads. The record expires after 180 days, after which the default-on path runs again and the banner is shown again. You can reopen the banner with Cookie settings in the footer at any time, or delete stk_consent in your browser.

The automatically saved granted record describes the initial setting; it does not show that you clicked Accept. The banner offers Accept and Reject, and Cookie settings lets you change that setting. Server logs of the static host, if it keeps any, are used only to serve and secure the pages; we do not build a visitor profile from them.

Personalized advertising

Adsterra and its partners may personalize ads using the identifiers described above. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, YourAdChoices and the NAI opt-out, or read Adsterra's own choices in its privacy policy. Pressing Reject on this site stops the Adsterra scripts here; it does not delete identifiers another site already set.

Retention

Our own keys last 180 days. GA4 events and Clarity recordings follow each project's retention settings; we have not published an account retention value here. Adsterra keeps data under its own policy. Messages sent to [email protected] are routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to our mail-hub Worker mailbox, stored for receiving and replying, and mirrored to our Gmail inbox. Replies use the brand address. Cloudflare and Google therefore process correspondence as service providers. We keep correspondence while it is needed to resolve the request and handle follow-up; you can ask us to delete it.

Legal basis, rights, changes

Our automatically saved default-on setting is not affirmative consent. We use the preference record to remember withdrawal, and the services described above operate under their respective policies; browser tracking protections and Global Privacy Control remain available. You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of the messages you send us, and you can object to further mail, by writing to [email protected]. You can delete stk_consent and stk_social_bar_closed in your browser, block third-party scripts, or use your browser's tracking protection; blocking scripts does not break the guides. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. When the script list changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves with the edit. FAQ

Do the analytics and ad scripts wait for me to press Accept?

No. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra load on the first view, before you touch the banner. The banner is a notice and a way to withdraw. Pressing Reject stops all three, remembers the choice for 180 days, and reloads the page so the scripts are actually unloaded.

How do I change my choice later?

Use Cookie settings in the footer, or delete the stk_consent key for this site in your browser. Accept loads the three parties again; Reject keeps them off for another 180 days. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are treated as Reject on every visit.

Does Reject stop Google Analytics too?

Yes. Reject writes analytics_storage as denied, sets ga-disable-G-QPT6ZE95TZ, removes the Clarity tag and removes the Adsterra scripts. The next page load reads the stored choice and does not create them.

Is YouTube gated by the banner?

No. The walkthrough is a click-to-load facade: nothing is requested from YouTube until you press Play. That is a performance choice, not a consent gate, and pressing Reject does not remove the Play button.
